欧盟文化政策的核心：多样性中的统一性被引量：4

摘要欧洲一体化进程对各国传统文化政策的影响越来越大,尤其是欧盟作为一个政治实体,其文化政策和文化管理体制正逐步对欧盟各成员国的民族文化形成冲击。欧盟建设需要制定统一的文化政策,而欧盟各成员国要维护各自的历史文化。两者之间虽然有相通的因素,但是也有许多难以趋同的障碍,并形成了错综复杂的关系。如何在保持文化多样性的同时发展文化政策的一致性,至今仍是欧盟建设过程中的重大课题。
