摘要
本文比较全面地总结了国内外现代小卫星的发展情况 ,结合在通信小卫星工程项目中的经验与体会 ,讨论了现代小卫星发展的关键技术 ,重点研究了通信信道多谱勒频移等问题 .最后 。
This paper presents an overview of recent development of modern small satellite. According to our experience of the small satellite innovation project, the key technologies to modern small communication satellite are discussed. The question of Doppler frequency shift of communication channel is studied. In the end, we give our prospect and tactic about the development and application of small communication satellite in China.
