FHIT和TSLC1基因表达与宫颈癌发生及人乳头状瘤病毒感染的相关性研究 被引量:7

Correlation between expression of FHIT and TSLC1 genes and cervical cancer and human papillomavirus infections

摘要 目的探讨肺癌抑制因子1(TSLC1)及组氨酸三联体(FHIT)在子宫癌组织中的表达及其与人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法收集2012年6月-2013年6月在医院行妇科检查的180例患者临床资料,采用实时荧光聚合酶联反应(PCR)检测40例正常子宫组织、35例子宫炎症细胞、70例宫颈上皮肉瘤样病变及35例子宫癌组织中TSLC1及FHIT的表达水平;采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果宫颈上皮肉瘤样病变组及子宫癌组HPV感染率显著高于正常子宫组及子宫炎症组,而TSLC1及FHIT阳性表达率显著低于子宫炎症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合测定高危HPV感染中TSLC1及FHIT表达,可为早期子宫颈癌诊断提供重要的参考依据。 OBJECTIVE To explore the expression of lung cancer inhibitory factor 1(TSLC1)and histidine triad(FHIT)in cervical cancer tissues and observe its relation with human papillomavirus(HPV)infections.METHODS The clinical data were collected from 180patients who underwent gynecological examinations from Jun2012to Jun 2013,then the levels of expression of TSLC1and FHIT in 40cases of normal uterine tissues,35cases of uterine inflammatory cells,70cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions,and 35cases of uterine carcinoma were determined by using real-time polymerase-chain-reaction(PCR),and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS The incidence of HPV infections in the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions or cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in the patients with normal uterine tissues or uterine inflammation,however,the positive rates of expression of TSLC1and FHIT were significantly lower in the patients with cervical inflammation(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The combined determination of expression of TSLC1and FHIT in the patients with high-risk HPV infections may provide significant basis for diagnosis of early cervical cancer.
