摘要
食物是人们赖以生存和发展的物质保证。食品安全牵涉到管理者、生产者、消费者的切身利益,已经逐渐演变为一个社会公共管理问题。近年来,我国因食品安全问题而导致的中毒现象严重威胁着公民的生命安全,因此建立食品安全管理体系应上升到国家公共管理的高度。本文将详细地论述食物安全公共管理体系的构建及应用。
Food is the material guarantee that people relies for survival and development, food safety involves the vital interests of the managers, producers and consumers, which has gradually evolved as a social public management problem. In recent years, the phenomenons of poisoning caused by food safety issues in China have been a serious threat to citizens'life, thus establishing a food safety management system has risen to the height of national public management. This paper introduced the construction and application on public management system of food safety.
