摘要
对我国某铁尾矿中伴生的磷灰石进行了综合回收试验研究,采用新型、高效的AW系列浮选捕收剂实现了磷的低温浮选。试验结果表明,在矿浆温度为15℃的条件下,对含P2O56.22%的选铁尾矿,通过一粗一扫浮选流程获得了P2O5品位为34.56%、回收率为88.46%的优质磷精矿,试验结果为实现该尾矿中磷灰石的有效回收提供了参考依据。
Tests on comprehensive recovery of associated aparite from certain iron railings in China were carried out. The phosphate flotation is realized at low temperature through the application of the new and efficient AW series collector. The test results showed that a quality concentrate with P2O5 grade of 34.56% and recovery 88.46% was obtained for the iron railings with PzOa grade of 6.22% by one roughing and one scavenging at the slurry temperature of 15℃. The test results can provide, a reference for the effective recovery of apatite from the tailings.
