摘要
本文以Na+、K+、Mg2+//Cl--H2O四元水盐体系(25℃)平衡相图为指导,进行某含溴的氯化物型盐湖卤水的自然蒸发析盐规律研究,考察了卤水中K、Br等元素的富集规律,获得了其自然蒸发结晶路线及析盐顺序,依次为石盐、钾石盐、光卤石,溴在蒸发过程中不断浓缩富集,至水氯镁石饱和时浓缩8倍。本试验为该类型盐湖卤水的综合开发利用提供了盐田工艺设计基础和理论依据。
Study on the natural evaporation and crystallization of the bromine bearing brine in Salt Lake was conducted under the guidance of Equilibrium Phase Diagram for the quarternary system Na^+ ,K^+ ,Mg^2+/CI--H20 (25 ℃) to investigate the concentrating behaviors of K, Br and other elements with their separated conditions. The natural evaporation and crystallization route and salt precipitation sequence of halite (NaCl), sylvite (KCl) and carnallite(KCl· MgCl2· 6H2O) have been developed. Bromine has been constantly concentrated during the evaporation process up to 8 times of concentration when bischofite is saturated. All these can provide the technological design and theoretical basis for salt pans for the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of the salt lake brine containing bromine.
