摘要
本文用化学沉淀法对湿法磷酸进行预处理,脱除湿法磷酸中的氟。结果表明,选用固体碳酸钾作为脱氟剂,当搅拌速度为250r/min,碳酸钾加入量为理论用量的130%,反应时间为90min,反应温度为50℃时,脱氟效果最好,脱氟率可达80%以上。
This paper deals with pretreatment of wet-process phosphoric acid by chemical precipitation to remove fluorine in the wet-prbcess phosphoric acid. The experimental results show that with solid potash as fluorine agent,when stirring speed is 250 r/min, the addition amount of fluorine agent is 130 % (wt % ) of theoretical addition amount with reaction time of 90 rain, reaction temperature 50 ℃, delluorination effect is the best with defluori hate rate up to 80% and above.
