摘要
针对乌龙泉矿开采技术条件和生产现状,系统地总结了该矿当前生产中存在压矿严重、开采难度增大、资源利用不充分、采剥关系失调、成本较高和工艺设备配置不佳等问题。通过剖析这些问题的产生原因及其影响因素,进一步提出了统一规划采场和优化采场结构参数、优化排岩方案、开展生产成本组成及影响因素研究和优化配置主要工艺设备等对策及其具体措施,以期提高矿山生产能力、降低生产成本、充分利用矿山资源,实现矿山的可持续发展。
The main production problems of severely pressed ore, increasing difficulty of exploitation, inadequate use of resources, uncontrolled relationship between mining and stripping, high production costs and poor configuration of process equipment occurred in Wulongquan Mine were presented in light of its current mining technical and production conditions. By analyzing the causes for these problems and their influencing factors, specific measures such as unified planning of stope, optimization of stope structure parameters and waste rock programs, research on production costs and its effect factors and optimal configuration of main process equipment were put forward so as to increase the mine production capacity, reduce production costs, make full use of the mining resources and make the sustainable development of Wulongquan Mine.
