摘要
针对察尔汗铁路以东的固体钾矿开展了溶采试验,选择MgCl2溶液作为溶浸剂,进行了实验室静、动态两种溶矿试验,并根据试验研究结果在野外进行了小规模封闭盐田溶矿试验,结果表明通过溶采工艺,将固体矿中的钾转移至液体矿中开发利用完全可行,实现了低品位固体钾矿的开采利用,延长了资源的服务年限,盘活了数千万吨低品位固体钾矿。
Tests were conducted of solution mining in solid potash mine east of Qarhsn Rail Line. With MgCl2 solution as leachant , static and dynamic tests on dissolved potash were clone in the laboratory and subsequently small-scale close salt pan tests on dissolved potash were conducted in the open air based on the two tests results in the lab. The results show that it is feasible to mine and utilize potash by solution mining technology to transfer potassium in solid potash to liquid potash. The low grade solid potash could be exploited and utilized to extend the service life of potash resources, revitalizing millions of tons of low grade solid potash ores.
