摘要
通过染色、红外扫描、哈氏切片等方法鉴别出混纺纤维的组分,证实发生质量问题的腈纶与粘胶混纺纤维中不含第三组分。通过优化梳棉工艺,证明该混纺纤维的染色不匀问题非上海石化腈纶引起,可能还存在其他原因。
The paper confirmed that there wasnt the third component within the superfine acrylic and viscose blended fiber by dyeing, infrared and cross-section slice methods. It has been founded that the problem of blended fiber's end split can be solved by optimizing the carding process. It was proved that the end split superfine acrylic fiber also can be dyed and the customer complained problem was not caused by acrylic fiber manufactured by shang- hai acrylic division.
