However, While, under the condition of economy market, it is negatively influenced by social utilitarian tendency, the bad humanistic environment in hospital and the lack of psy- chological need of the staff to improve. The improvement of the medical staff＇s humanistic quality requires the optimization of hospital internal hu- manistic environment, the managers＂ efforts and the guarantee of related systems, especially the learning and practice by the staff themselves.
