Study on harmony between economy and environment in ecologically fragile districts

生态脆弱区经济与环境的协调发展是生态环境保护急需解决的问题。在分析生态脆弱区特征的基础上,研究生态脆弱区经济与环境协调性,并依据可持续发展的驱使力(Driving Force)-状态(State)-响应(Response)模型建立生态脆弱区经济与资源环境协调发展指标体系;阐明了经济与环境协调发展的耦合模型对指标体系分析的适用特征,从而掌握了生态脆弱区与环境发展的协调性关系。

The harmonious development between economy and environment in ecologically fragile districts is urgent for ecological environment protection. Based on the analysis of features of the ecologically fragile districts, harmony between economy and environment of the districts is studied, and according to the driving force-state-response model of sustainable development, an indicator system is established for the harmonious development of economy and envi- ronment in ecologically fragile districts. And the paper clarifies the applicability of the coupling model of harmonious development of economy and environment to the analysis of the indicator system and thus master the relation between economy and environment in ecologically fragile districts.
