创口所致感染性皮肤病的病原体特征及诊治

Analysis on the characters and diagnosis of pathogen from infectious skin diseases caused by wound

目的探讨创口所致感染性皮肤病患者细菌感染特征,并为其提供更好的诊治方法,提高治愈率,改善患者生活质量。方法收集创口所致感染性皮肤病患者448例,采集样本进行病原菌种类鉴定和药敏试验。结果 448例患者经临床诊断为湿疹133例、异位性皮炎96例、脓疱疮77例、毛囊炎68例及其他继发感染性皮肤病74例。收集的448份样本阳性率为89.73%。共检出细菌402株,主要为葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌。结论创口所致感染性皮肤病在检出病原菌类型后进行抗生素耐药培养可为临床抗菌药物的应用提供依据。根据耐药情况给予对应有效的抗生素治疗可取得较好的临床效果。

Objective It is to explore the characteristics of bacterial infection, provide a better treatment method, and im- prove the cure rate and the quality of life of patients. Methods 448 patients with infectious skin diseases caused by wound were collected, the samples were collected for pathogenic bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test. Results There were 133 patients with eczema, 96 patients with atopic dermatitis, 77 patients with crusted tetter, 68 patients with epifolliculitis in 448 patients. The positive rate of cultures were 89.73% and 402 bacterial strains were detected, major as staphylococcus, E. coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobaeter. Conclusion Antibiotic drug sensitivity test after the detection of pathogenic bacteria types in infectious skin diseases caused by wound can provide basis for clinical application of antibacterials. It can obtain good clinical curative effect to give corresponding sensitive antibiotics in the treatment according to the results of drug sensitivity.
