升血调元颗粒联合节拍化疗治疗晚期肿瘤疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察升血调元颗粒联合节拍化疗治疗晚期肿瘤的临床效果。方法将住院治疗中评估不能耐受规范化疗或不接受规范化疗的晚期肿瘤患者58例随机分为实验组和对照组各29例,实验组采用升血调元颗粒联合节拍化疗治疗,对照组单纯用节拍化疗,对比2组治疗效果及毒副反应情况。结果实验组Karnofsky评分改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞下降≥Ⅱ度、血红蛋白下降≥Ⅱ度、恶心呕吐反应≥Ⅱ度发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论升血调元颗粒联合节拍化疗治疗晚期肿瘤,可以改善患者一般状况,减轻化疗毒副反应,提高患者抵抗力,对不能耐受规范化疗和不接受规范化疗的乳腺癌患者,是个体化治疗的合理选择。
