摘要 文中对IEEE300节点系统进行级联效应仿真,用负载损失和节点损失来衡量网络的损毁程度。生成一个与IEEE300节点标准网络具有相似特征的网络,并通过与标准网络的比较,用来说明网络拓扑结构在很大程度上决定了电网的鲁棒性。由此,提出了均匀减负荷、定向减负荷及使用分布式电源三种策略来缓和连锁故障。 In this paper,cascading effects were simulated on the IEEE300 bus system. Load loss and node loss were discussed as measures to estimate the damage degree to the networks. A network was generated with characteristics similar to the IEEE300 bus system standard networks and the generated network was then compared with the standard networks to show the effect of topology in determining the robustness of a power grid. Thereby,three mitigation strate-gies,Homogeneous Load Reduction,Targeted Load Reduction,and Use of Distributed Generation were suggested.
