摘要
变电站规划设计时,主变容量是按照其计算负荷来确定的。变电站建成投运后,运行中的实际负荷达到或接近计算负荷,一般需要几年的时间,期间变压器存在大马拉小车的问题,将增加电网损耗,从而造成经济损失,加重环境污染。文章主要从变压器容量与负荷发展的矛盾事实出发,提出一种基于动态负荷特性的变压器容量阶梯型配置方案,根据负荷的动态发展特性来阶段性地配置变压器容量的大小。同时从技术性和经济性两个方面进行比较,验证该方案的优越性,其最终结论可用于指导城市变电站的初期规划。
The main transformer capacity is decided by the computational load when a transformer substation is planned. When the transformer substation is in operation,it usually takes several years for the actual load to reach or approach the computational load. During these years,the transformer in the light-load condition will increase power loss,causing economic losses and aggravating environmental pollution. This paper proceeds from the contradictory fact between the transformer capacity and load development,and proposes a transformer capacity ladder-type configuration plan based on the dynamic load characteristics. The plan is to configure the transformer capacity gradually based on the dynamic load characteristics. Finally the paper compares the new plan with the former plan in technology and economic benefits ,and verifies the superiority of the new plan. The final conclusion can be used to guide the initial planning of urban substations.
