摘要
从车内顶板模块化的设计结构特点、顶板材质、安装结构的工艺合理性等方面入手,阐述了当前几种轨道车辆顶板的设计结构特点,针对顶板模块化在设计、组装中的难点提出了工艺解决措施。
Based on the characteristics of modular design of roof plate for railcars, materi- als, rationality of structural installation, this paper outlines the characteristics of several structural designs for railcar＇ s roof plates and offers technical solutions to the difficulties with the design and assembly of modular roof plates.
