When and Where Will the Data Service Overtake Telephone Service

本文就国际和中国两种情况，通过比较电话业务和 Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ业务所占骨干网的带宽，对 数据业务何时何地超过话音业务这一问题进行了讨论。

Through comparing the bandwidth occupied by the telephone and data service, this paper discusses the problem that when and where the data service will overtake the telephone service.
