摘要
目的 介绍了冷挤压内斜齿轮时毛坯表面的应力 -应变状态 .方法 采用坐标网格法分析 .结果 给出了变形区表面所有应力 -应变值及其变化规律 ,指出了可能破坏的区域范围 .结论 该方法是行之有效的 。
Aim\ To introduce the measure of the stress-strain on the surface during manufacture of internal helical gear by cold extrusion. Methods\ The dividing grid method is used. Results\ All the magnitudes of the stress-strain and its change law of the end in the deformation zone are given, and dangerous zone that may be destroied are pointed out. Conclusion\ This method is applicable, and given results had been confirmed in experiments.
