摘要
鳗鲡 (Anguillajaponica)饥饿 4~ 2 0d后 ,红细胞数 (RBC) ,红细胞比容 (HCT) ,全血比重 (BSG)及红细胞脆性 (EOB)均下降 ,血红蛋白含量 (Hb)则上升到一定水平后维持稳定。其中红细胞性指标 (即红细胞最大抵抗值 )对饥饿反应敏感 ,且离散率低 。
After starvation for 4~20 days,the number of red blood cells(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),blood specific gravity(BSG)and erythrocyte osmotic brittjeness(EOB)of the Japanese eel ( Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel)all decreased.The hemoglobin (Hb) content stabilized after increased to a certain level.The EOB could be used as a good index for indicating the nutrition status of the Japanese eel because it was sensitive to starvation.
