在京津周边地区内蒙古沙源治理紧急启动工程已进入实施阶段之时 ,通过对克什克腾旗境内浑善达克沙地沙源现状与治理情况的调查分析 ,总结沙源治理存在问题与优势 ,提出沙源治理指导思想与基本原则 。

With carrying out the urgent starting project of Inner Mongolia sand source management around Beijing and Tianjing, based on investigating and analyzing the present situation of sand source and its management in Hunshandake sandy land,the existent problems and dominance in sand source management have been summarized.The guiding ideology and basic principle in sand source management have also been put forward.And combining the characteristics and concrete condition,the model of sand source management and effective measures have been worked out.
