农药曾经为世界农作物生产作出过巨大贡献 ,但也对环境造成了一些负面效应 .通过近些年的努力 ,农药的负面效应已经有所降低 ,将来还可望进一步降低 .

In the past, pesticides made great contribution to crop production in the world while performed some negative effects on environment. Nevertheless, its negative effects have already been declined through efforts recently, and may further decrease in future. Therefore, pesticides will go on to play a role in the sustainable agricultural development strategy.
