摘要 自 2 0世纪初发达国家“石油农业”的弊端暴露以来 ,国外出现多种替代农业 ,安全、无污染、优质营养类食品的名称繁多 ,如有机食品、无公害食品、自然食品、生态食品等 ,但实质与绿色食品相同 .本文介绍了国外这些绿色食品的研究和开发进展以及我国绿色食品工程研发状况 ,分析了其存在的问题 ,并提出对策 ,即从政策资金扶持、市场法制建设、科技研究推广、“绿色”意识培育等 4方面入手 . Since the exposure of disadvantages of the modern petroleum oriented agriculture in the developed countries at the beginning of the 20th century, there have appeared alternatively agricultural patterns which produce foods of safty, non pollution, high quality and rich nutrition abroad, and those new typed foods have been given various names such as organic, chemical free, natural and ecological foods, but all of them are actually green foods. In this paper, achievements in the research and development of green food engineering at home and abroad are reviewed and some problems are analysed, so as to propose the countermeasures including supporting by policy and finance, construction of market and legal system, research and extension of science and technology, and fostering the green consciousness.
