摘要
将类鼻疽杆菌纯培养物加入人脱纤血液中 ,置 37℃水浴中模仿菌血症条件 ,分离含菌多形核白细胞( PMN)并进行电镜观察。结果表明 ,细菌被吞入初期其形态完整 ,吞噬体和菌体大小一致 ,随着杀灭功能的进行 ,吞噬体变得很大 ,其内的细菌呈松散状 ,形态结构发生很大改变。在杀灭作用的后期 ,于吞噬体内仅见残留的细菌碎片。由此说明 ,健康人 PMN非但不是类鼻疽杆菌潜藏的场所 。
Electron microscopy was used to observe the killing process of Burkholderia pseudomallei within human polymorphonucelar leukocyte in a mimic bacteremia created simply by putting the pathogen into the glass-ball treated healthy human blood.It was illustrated that the bacteria in phagosomes of early stages kept intact and the phagosomes were almost the same size as the bacteria.With the development of phagocytosis,the phagosomes became larger and the bacteria in it became loosely organized indicating that there have been damages in the bacterium structure.At the last stage of phagocytosis,only debris of the bacteria could be seen within the phagosomes.The conclusion is that the neutrophils from healthy individuals should be efficient in killing ingested B.pseudomallei rather than a desirable place for it to maintain dormant for future recrudescence.
