摘要
用感染白斑综合症病毒病的中国对虾头胸甲 ,对健康的仔虾进行人工投喂感染实验 ;同时从病虾中分离出病毒悬液作为毒种 ,对卵、无节幼体、蚤状幼体和糠虾幼体进行不同温度条件下的人工浸浴实验。结果表明 ,卵和无节幼体、蚤状幼体、糠虾幼体对病毒悬液不敏感 ,病理切片观察未见特征性病变。仔虾均采用人工投喂感染方式 ,电镜和光镜病理切片结果为 :电镜观察发现了大量的病毒粒子 ;光镜病理切片可观察到鳃上皮、前肠上皮有包涵体样病变 ,同时在肝胰腺组织中发现了肝胰腺细小病毒 ( HPV)包涵体。
Artificial infection experiment of healthy post larva of shrimps was conducted by feeding with sick Penaeus chinensis affected by the White spot syndrome virus(WSSV); at the same time, ovum、nauplius、zoea and mysis were soaked in the virus suspended liquid isolated from the sick shrimps at different temperature. The result showed that ovum、nauplius、zoea and mysis were not sensitive to the virus suspended liquid and there was not feature disease founded in the observation of pathological sections; the observation of sections of post larva fed with specimen affected by the virus showed that there were lots of viral particles in electronic observation. There were inclusion bodys of white spot syndrome virus in the hypodermal tissue of gill and foregut, and there was Hepatopancreatic parvo like virus(HPV) inclusion bodys by the optic microscope observation.
