辐射事故中生物剂量学的现状和展望 被引量:1

摘要 人类外周血淋巴细胞的染色体畸变在全身照射的事故中是一个最适用的生物剂量计系统.在局部照射事故中,为了获得更详细的剂量分布资料,皮肤成纤维细胞和毛发的染色体畸变,以及对毛发的测定有其优越性.而检测染色体畸变的流式细胞仪、毛囊的染色技术以及定量检测哺乳动物细胞中持续性DNA损伤的免疫化学方法在不久的将来可被广泛应用.
