核医学在代谢性骨病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在代谢性骨病的无创性检查手段中,只有SPA和DPA才得到临床广泛应用.其它一些方法,如中子活化分析、康普顿散射大多处在研究阶段,骨二膦酸盐摄取法(闪烁骨显像)对于大多数代谢性骨病可做到早期诊断及疗效评价.但骨显像及定量分析对原发性骨质疏松诊断意义不大,其价值不如普通X线检查.相信,随着γ相机与SPECT的广泛应用,骨显像及定量分析会在原发性骨质疏松诊断中发挥作用.
