摘要 5年前发现哺乳类细胞可合成一氧化氮(NO),这种结构简单的气体具有生理功能,从此对NO的研究甚为迅速,1989年9月14至15日在伦敦召开的有关讨论会,提供了丰富的资料。 NO合成酶分解L-精氨酸,生成NO和L-瓜氨酸。至少在巨噬细胞,NO的生物合成可能有5步,NO生物合成过程中依赖NADPH,Mg^(2+)或Ca^(2+)
