摘要
研究了野败型杂交稻(Oryza Sativa L.)两个籼稻(Indica)组合三对性状的遗传特性及其基因位点间的相互关系。本研究中酯酶同工酶E12A的存在对缺如,芽鞘的紫色对绿色和柱头的紫色对绿色分别是显性。三对性状分别受三个基因位点的三对等位基因控制,表现出典型的孟德尔遗传特征。三个基因位点间存在着明显的连锁关系,其排列顺序是紫色芽鞘基因位点(Pc)——紫色柱头基因位点(Ps)——酯酶同工酶基因位点—3(Est—3)。
The genetic characteristises of three pairs of characters and the interrelation among three gene loci of two combinations(Indica) in hybrid rice(Oryza Sativa L.)were studied. The appearance over absence of the esterase isozyme E12A,the purple over green of the coleoptile colour and stigma colour were dominant separately. Three pairs of characters were determined by three pairs of alle-les of three loci respcetively, and showed the typical Mendelian genetic traits. The linkage relation a-mong three loci controlling three characters was found distinctly. The arranging sequence of three gene loci is Pc(purple coleoptile)-Ps(purple stigma)-Est-3(gene locus-3 determining isozyme bunds E12A and E13A of esterase).
