试论河南省节水农业建设问题

On Development of Agriculture with Less Water Consumption in Henan Province

从农业节水灌溉的技术措施和旱地农业的节水措施两个方面，本文系统地论述了河南省节水农业建设的有效途径．农业节水灌溉的技术措施包括加强灌溉工程的配套和管理、采用先进灌水技术以及实施节水型灌溉制度等；旱地农业节水措施包括调整农业结构、选用抗旱高产品种、改革耕作制度、利用封闭型农田气候工程提高土壤蓄水保墒能力、增施有机肥以肥保水等综合农业技术措施．因地制宜地采取上述措施，能够取得节水增产的显著效果．

Based on a large number of data obtained from researches and experiments at home and abroad,some important issues concerning the development of agriculture with less water consumption are discussed.According to the actual conditions of Henan Province,the effective methods and ways of realizing save water in both irrigated and nonirrigated farming are put forward in this poper.
