摘要
本文研究了用一种新的冠醚聚合物(苯并-15-冠-5甲醛聚合物)作为色谱柱的固定相,用以分离富集样品中的痕量镉,采用鲁米诺-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ)体系进行化学发光抑制法测定镉.实验结果表明,新方法测定痕量镉具有很高的选择性和灵敏度,用于实际样品分析取得了令人满意的结果.
This paper reports a new method of seperation and enrichment of trace cadmium with a new crown ether polymer (ploy benzo 15 crown 5 aldehyde) used as stationary phase in chromatography. The trace cadmium can be determined by chemiluminescence in hibition method in luminol H 2O 2 Co(Ⅱ) system. The experiment shows that this method has better advantages of high sensitivity and high selectivity. The result indicates that the combination of chromatographic seperation and high sensitivity chemiluminescence is a promising method in trace analysis.
