摘要
本文根据荧光探针EB的荧光强度(积分强度)和荧光寿命两个方面初步研究了中药与DNA的相互作用。实验表明,中药作用于DNA分子后使其双螺旋结构解体或切断从而使嵌入的EB的荧光减弱,但不影响其荧光寿命。
In this paper, the interaction of CHMs and DNA was studied through measurements of fluorescence intensity of fluorescence probe EB (Ethium Bromide). This experiment showed that the double spiral construction of DNA was disintegrated or was cut after interaction of CHMs and DNA, such that the fluorescence intensity of EB was decreased, but the fluorescence lifetime of EB was not influenced.
