摘要
已加工表面残余应力对机械零部件的功能行为有很重要的影响。然而,到目前为止,已加工表面层内残余应力的测量仍存在许多问题。本文提出了表面剥层时残余应力测量(用X射线法或剥层线性方程法)的修正方法及修正公式。通过对试验数据修正计算,结果表明,应用此方法可大大提高测量精度;本文为残余应力测量修正提供了理论依据。作者还讨论了已加工表面残余应力测量修正的必要性问题。
The residual stresses in machined surface can determinethe functional behaviour of components. However, so far, there arestill many problems when measuring the residual stresses. In thispaper, the method to modify the measured data of residual stresses,which are obtained by means of X-ray method or the linear equa-tion method, in surface after removal of layer is conduced, themodification formula is also conduced. By modification calculatingof the test data with this method, it is shown that the measurementwill be all the more accurate. Meanwhile, the theorical base, on whichthe measurement of the residual stresses is modified, is presented,Also the necessity of modification to measured data of the residualstresses is discussed.
