有机膨润土的合成、性能和某些应用的研究

STUDIES ON SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERISTIC OF ORGANOPHILIC BENTONITES AND OF SOME THEIR APPLICATIONS

本文研究了由膨润土矿浆(含量2.8%)合成有机膨润土的条件。合成了两类[R_2N^+(C_2H_5)_2]Bentonite和[RN^+(C_2H_5)_3]Bentonite共十一种有机膨润土,并研究了它们的溶胀和凝胶性能。最后还探讨了有机膨润土在合成润滑脂和聚酯树脂中的应用。

In this thesis a quite detailed studies on synthesis andcharacteristic of organophilic bentonites and some of their applicat-ions are described. A series of organophilic bentonites have been pr-epared by treating the powdered Na - Bentonite mineral (70.42 precentfinely powdered) with various quaternary ammonium salts with thefromulas: (a) (R_2~1 NR_2~2)X^-[where R^1 = long chain alkyl, R^2 = Short chainalkyl] and (b) (R^1 NR_3~2)X^-[M/B = 9.09 mol/14.10kg, 0.1mol/l NaOH,40℃, 1h], and the exchange ratio of (C_(16)H_(33))_2 N (C_2H_5)_2 Bentoniteis 87.26 precent. In organic solvents, the swelling and gelation pro-perties of the products were also studied. An approach to applicationof orgarophilic bentonites showed qualitively better performances ininrproving the high-temperature viscosity of lubricating grease andprolong the storage life of an unsaturated polyester resin.
