摘要
本工作依次测量了蜚蠊尾须细毛感受器单根毛杆偏转与气流方向的关系以及七列细毛在自然状态下的空间几何位置,并依据测量结果从机械敏感性的角度考虑了细毛偏转最适平面取向的最优分布模式。理论计算与实际测得的分布模式相符。
The deflection of the hairshafts in weak air currents was measured under a micro-roscope. The deflection occurred mainly within the preference planes, and its dependence on the directions of the air currents was roughly sinusoidal. The natural positions of the hairs in the 7 most prominent columns were measured with the aid of a microman-ipulator which served to establish the 3-dimensional coordinates. Theoretical analysis based on these observations shows thatthe mechanical sensitivity of the hair depends on the orientation of the preference plane and the position of the hair on the cercus. The optimum distribution of the preference planes on the cercus is derived by maximizing the average total energy obtained by the hairs from air current. This optimum distribution agrees with the actual distribution observed on the cerci of cockroach as well as of cricket.
