摘要
用微反-色谱装置研究在Cu-ZnO/SiO2催化剂上甲醇脱氢合成甲酸甲酯的反应动力学,结果表明:在甲醇分压为50-101kPa范围内,该脱氢反应速率方程式为零级动力学方程,表观活化能E表等于87.6kJ/mol,指前因子A等于4.55×10^5 ,对于反应机理作了讨论,并推导出了反应动力学方程,理论结果和实验结果一致。
The reaction kinetics of dehydrogenation of methanol over Cu-ZnO/SiO_2 catalyst under atmospheric pressure has been studied. The results indicate that the reaction is of zero-order kinetics when the partial pressure of methanol is within the range from 50 to 101 kPa. The observed activation energy Ea is equal to 87.6 kJ/mol, the pre-exponential factor A is equal to 4.55×10~5. A mechanism for the reaction is proposed and the reaction rate equation has been derived. The theoretical results are in agreement with the experimental results.
