摘要
建立了以吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸钠为螯合剂的反相高效液相色谱分离测定镍、铜、汞和钴的方法.研究了螯合物形成和分离的条件及其他离子的影响.此法用于水样的测定,取得了满意的结果.
A method of separating and determining nickel, copper, mercury and cobalt as the chelates with pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate has been worked out. The conditions for formation and separation of the chelates and interference from some other ions were studied. The method has satisfactorily been applied to analyse water samples.
