摘要
本文通过对沙冬青种子发育过程的研究,得出以下结果: 1)沙冬青的柱头上具纤细的长指状乳突细胞,空心花柱细长;2)邻近珠柄的子房壁内侧表皮细胞内所贮淀粉粒随受精及胚的早期发育而消失;3)胚乳母细胞早于受精卵发育,属核型胚乳;4)胚柄细胞内均有“圆球状”体,基部区域外层的细胞壁发生内突;5)胚胎发生为茄塑,胚从心形期发育至鱼雷形期,发生了90°旋转;6)成熟种子中,种皮由外珠被构成,胚乳细胞残留1~2层。
The paper deals with the development of seed in Ammopiptanthus mong olicus, The results are as follows: 1)There are long slender finger shaped papillar cells on the stigma. The long style is as open type; 2)The starch grains which accumulate in the inner epidermis of ovary which close to the funicle disappear gradually with fertilization and early embryo developmen; 3)The endosperm mother cell de- velops earlier than zygote. Nuclear type endosperm forms; 4)Wall ingrowth and 'spherical body' in the suspensor cells were observed; 5)Embryogeny corresponds to the Solanad type. Embryo turned 90°when embryo developed from the heart-shaped to the torpede-shaped stage; 6)The seed-coat de- velops from outer integument cell. Endosperm cell remain 1-2 layers in mature seed.
