摘要
在实际测量工作的基础上 ,通过比较分析不同工况条件下结晶器铜板与铸坯之间拉坯阻力的变化 ,研究了攀钢 1 350 mm板坯连铸机拉坯阻力状况以及与有关工艺因素的关系 ,为结晶器机构优化设计和改善铸坯质量提供了理论依据。
Based on the actual measurement and through an analysis of the change of the withdrawal resistance between mould copper plate and slab under different conditions, a study has been carried out on the resistance and on the relationship between the resistance and the relative process factors of 1350 mm slab caster in PanSteel, offering a theoretical basis for the optimum design of mould unit and the improvement of slab quality
