摘要
通过 MARC软件采用 Lanczos模态分析方法对闭式数控回转头压力机机身进行了模态分析 ,求出了前十阶振型 ,其结果存在大量局部振型。通过局部加强 ,新结构的前四阶振型分别转化为整体振型 ,系统的固有频率提高了 30 %左右 ,明显改善了设备的动态性能。
Using Lanczos method and by FEM software MARC, a modal analysis of straight side CNC turret press frame has been conducted and a calculaticn of the first ten modes has been made. The results show that the original structure is unsteady in operation. Measures are taken and the frame is modified by local reinforcement. The new structure improves the modes and the natural frequencies are increased by 30%, together with a significant improvement of its dynamic characteristics.
