高承载能力减速器温度场计算的有限元法 被引量:5

摘要 分析了高承载能力减速器内部热源的种类和传热途径 ,建立了稳态传热学模型 ,用有限元计算减速器三维温度场分布。结果表明 ,用所提出的方法计算减速器散热系数符合实际 ,为改善散热条件和设计冷却装置提供了依据。 In this paper heavy duty reducer internal heat sources and transmission ways are analyzed and steady state heat transfer model is given,and three dimensional temperature field is calculated using finite element method (FEM).The study results show that temperature field of heavy duty reducer can coincide in the engineering actual need using FEM. Therefore, the work presents a foundation for modifying heat release conduction and designing cooling installation.
