摘要
针对目前风扇 /压气机的性能预测中分流环效应评估仍存在的一些技术难点 ,本文采用连续奇点分布方案及相应的边界条件处理 ,对分流环周围势流场求解方法进行了改进研究 ,提高了端部流场预估精度 ,并对不同气流攻角下分流环表面附面层的发展情况以及钝头分流环特性进行了详细分析 。
A numerical procedure is presented for predicting flow-field around splitter lip in a fan/compressor system. An improved singularity method is used to obtain the potential flow field along splitter surface and subsequently a turbulent boundary layer analysis is applied. A number of different splitter lip geometries are analyzed and their effects on flow field near the splitter lip are discussed under two incidence angles. Some conclusions are drawn based on the numerical results, which are helpful to improve the splitter lip design performance.
