摘要 阐述了立体光造型法在快速原型制造中误差变形的几种类型及引起这些误差变形的主要因素 ,并针对对原型精度影响最大 ,也是最难解决的翘曲变形提出了基于层特征的动态识别及分区域扫描策略。 Several categories of distortion and the key factors leading to them in SL process are discussed in this paper. To minimize the effect of these factors, especially the warpage caused by the stress between adjacent layers, a laser scan strategy is presented based on layers' characteristics dynamic recognition and subsection.
