摘要
分析了超硬磨料砂轮的现状和特点 ,介绍了钎焊砂轮的卓越磨削性能和发展前景。用Ni-Cr合金和Ag -Cu合金加Cr粉对钎焊金刚石砂轮进行了初步实验研究 ,通过X衍射分析金刚石界面有CrC生成 ,实现了金刚石与钢基体间的牢固连接 ,取得了较好的结果。
It analyzes the character of the current super-abrasive grinding wheel,looks into the advantages and foreground about brazed grinding wheel. It studies on this wheel with Ni-Cr alloy and Ag-Cu alloy by some preliminary experiments. It show achromium carbide film has been formed on the diamond and the filled intermediate layer achieved good results.
