摘要
对离散型制造企业的典型经营过程分别从经营活动的成本、时间、效益和资源利用率等4个方面建立了量化分析指标及指标体系,在此基础上 结合对经营过程的定性分析建立了重组方案评价优选的层次分析法。提出的指标体系所 需要的数据易于获得,评价优选方法结合了定性定量分析,具有可操作性强、简单快捷的特 点。上述研究工作在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,对离散型制造企业经营过程重组方案的 评价优选具有一定的参考作用。
Many enterprises have make great efforts in BPR, howeve r there is no systematic and normative method to evaluate reengineered plans and to choose the better one. In this paper, quantitative criteria for typical manufacturing busi ness processes are studied and the method with these criteria to choose the bett er BPR plan is presented. For the purpose, the AHP method is also introduced. Th e practical application has shown that the suggested evaluation criteria and met hod are useful and of great maneuverability and simplicity.
