摘要
为提高激光加工中示教录返编程的精度和效率,克服原有系统在结构上的限制和操作上的不足,采用借机测量系统的概念,提出了基于激光测距的三维激光加工示教编程系统,通过保证三维曲面上点的精确测量来实现其所需加工信息的测量,并对三维曲面上自由轨迹的示教编程进行了详细的探讨。
In order to improve the precision and efficiency of t each-and-play-back programming for laser cutting process, a new borrowed-machine measurement system is presented by integration of 3-dimension laser scanning measuring probe and CNC s y stem. And, it also addresses the measurement of free-form trajectory on 3-dimens ion surface in detail.
