摘要
微型机电系统是一个新兴的技术领域，其主要优点是体积小、重量轻、能耗少、响应快、大批量、成本低等，有广泛的应用前景。在概述微型机电系统的基础上，介绍了用于医疗的微型机电系统，包括微型传感器、微流量系统、微仪器，以及其它MEMS系统。最后简介了国内在这方面的发展状况。
MEMS (micro electro mechanical system) is a new field which has a lot of advantages: small volume, light weight, low energy consumption,fast response, big batch and low cost etc. MEMS shows huge market potentials because of the pr ospect of applications in many fields such as industry, agriculture,medicine, communication and military. It will obtain the unreplaceable position in medicine. In this paper, an overview of applications of MEMS in medicine is given with an introduction to MEMS.
