摘要
介绍了光学多通道分析仪 (Optic Multichannel Analyzer,OMA)的基本组成和工作原理 ,着重分析了OMA系统中光谱仪的狭缝宽度、光栅参数和 CCD的像素尺度对 OMA系统分辨率的影响。得到的结论是 :OMA系统的分辨率是由系统中分辨率最低的环节决定的 ,无限制地减小狭缝宽度无助于系统分辨率的提高。
