独立制造岛理论是一种适合我国制造企业实际情况的新型管理模式。本文阐述了独立制造岛理论及其在微型轴承生产中的应用实例。文章对微型轴承生产管理信息流、技术准备信息流以及加工设备的基本配置进行了分析和讨论。全文包括 3个部分：独立制造岛的基本思路、微型轴承制造的特点、独立制造岛模式在微型轴承生产中的应用。

： The theory of Autonomous Manufacturing Island (AMI) is a new management model that coincides with the situation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise. In the paper, the theory was introduced, and an example was given, in which the theory was applied in miniature bearing production. This paper analyzed information flow of production management, information flow of technology preparation and basic configuration of machining equipment in miniature bearing production. The paper includes three parts: basic concept of AMI, characteristics of miniature bearing production and the application of AMI model to miniature bearing production.
