摘要
发动机铝合金陶瓷镶块摇臂是一种材料组合型技术创新产品,本文基于现代设计技术提出了这种新型摇臂的研制模式,并运用反求工程技术、 CAD技术和有限元分析方法,在保持与原锻钢摇臂刚度相等的条件下,对铝合金陶瓷镶块摇臂进行了结构优化设计。初步试制后,与原锻钢摇臂进行了机械性能对比试验,结果证明铝合金摇臂的刚度和强度已达到预定要求,并为其下一步结构设计的改进提供了依据。
: As a combination of two materials with different properties, the aluminum die- cast rocker arm with a ceramic insert for internal combustion engines is a kind of technical improved product. Based on modern design techniques, this paper put forward the developing mode of it. Then, by applying the reverse engineering principles, CAD techniques, and FEA techniques, its structure was optimally designed to ensure that it is provided with the same rigidity as the original forged steel rocker arm. After preliminary trial- production, the mechanical properties of it were contrasted with those of the forged steel one by test. The results not only showed that the rigidity and strength of the aluminum rocker arm had already achieved the desired goal, but also provided basis for the following structural design improvement of it as well.
